The ruby red grapefruit has brilliant ruby-coloured fruit with a cherry sweetness, a bit of tartness, and almost no bitterness. We love it cut in half or segmented. Juicing is also a real treat. Try tossing grapefruit segments into spinach salad for a colourful, healthful burst of citrus.
