Green Earth Organics (GEO) is a home and office organic grocery delivery service. GEO strives to provide our customers with the freshest and very best organic products available. We have a wide selection of 100% Certified Organic fruit, vegetables, and other grocery products. We also carry a growing list of environmentally friendly products that make it easier for our customers to tread lighter on our planet.
Why home delivery?
By ordering your Organic groceries through GEO, not only do you save time, but you are also cutting down on car-exhaust emissions and the use of plastic bags. No more looking for parking, waiting in line-ups, or dealing with young children at the grocery store. Shopping with GEO only takes a couple minutes and you are free to do what you want with that extra time. Studies have also shown that the average family spends about 2 hours grocery shopping per week. This adds up to approximately 104 hours per year. We offer weekly or bi-weekly delivery of organic fruit and vegetables and other Organic products to your door. We have 3 bins to choose from or you can Create Your Own Bin. The contents of the bins change on a weekly basis. You can call us at 604.708.2345 or visit this website to discover what is in your bin ahead of time and make any substitutions necessary. We update our website by 6pm on the Thursday before your delivery, so you can make any changes to your order anytime after 6pm Thursday to 9am the day before your delivery. As well, when you sign up for our service you can indicate items that you never want to receive, and we will make sure you never receive those items.
All deliveries are done on the same day every week. Deliveries take place in the evening between 2pm and 9pm. If you live in an apartment building or require a specific time for your delivery let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. If there is ever a problem with your delivery, please let us know and we will fix that problem (Our Guarantee). We support local farmers and local businesses whenever possible. Up to 10% of our profits goes to a variety of local charities and non-profit groups.
Selecting Your Groceries
We have 3 bins to choose from:
- Small Bin
- Medium Bin
- Large Bin
Each bin contains a seasonal selection of organic fruit and vegetables. These bins are ideal for busy people who want to eat well but don't have the time to shop. Substitutions can be made to any of these bins to ensure you only get what you want. If you don't want to make any changes then you don't have to do anything. Any of our 100% Certified Organic grocery items can be added to your bin. If you require a more specific selection of fruit, veggies and groceries you may want to Create Your Own Bin. This option allows you to choose whatever combination of fruit, vegetables and/or any of our grocery products you'd like. The minimum order for this option is $35.00.
All changes to orders must be made by 9am the day before your delivery.
GEO only sells 100% Certified Organic produce and grocery items. We purchase local produce whenever possible.
How to Order
GEO makes eating healthy easy with a growing selection of 100% Certified Organic products.
- Sign up for the service.
- Login using your customer code and password.
- Choose a bin size or Create Your Own Bin and start shopping.
- All products are listed by category
- When you find a product that you want to order, choose your quantity, and add to your order by clicking 'Add to bin'.
- When you are satisfied with your selected items, save your order.
- You will be eating fresh organic food the next time we deliver in your area.
The Standing Order
If you choose to put an item on a standing order, you will receive a 5% discount on that item. This option helps save you time and helps us with our ordering. You can schedule Standing Order products to arrive weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. You can also add products to your standing order list at any time. If you want to remove an item from your standing list, call us at 604.708.2345 to have it removed.

Paying for Your Order
Pre-authorized Debit (Direct Debit)
We charge your bank account every second Friday.
Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
We charge your credit card the day of delivery.

Receiving Your Order
Each order is shipped in a reusable bin. Inside, your groceries are carefully packed and we guarantee the quality of everything that we deliver. Milk and dairy products are kept fresh using specially designed ice packs. The cold packs (CryoPaks) have small, fully refundable deposits.
In the bin, you will also find our newsletter. Published weekly, the newsletter profiles events and people within the community, health-related news, recipes, and information about GEO and things we are doing in the community.

Deliveries are made between 2pm and 9pm. On your delivery day, our delivery driver will leave your groceries at your front door or at another location that you specify.
There are several options for apartment deliveries; however, it's most convenient for you to provide a front door key so that we can leave your food at your suite door.
Preparing for Your Next Delivery
To ensure you receive your order on time, please place all orders and changes to your order by 9am the day before your delivery. Put out your empty bin along with any bottles or cold packs the morning of your delivery. We will leave your next bin wherever you leave your empty bin.
