- Keep your payment info up to date to ensure prompt payment, notifying us of any changes or updates to your banking info and/or credit card. You will be charged the day before delivery. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account in the event of problems with payment. Unpaid invoices more than a month old may be sent to a collections agency.
- Report any spoiled or missing items as soon as possible. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. All invoices are considered accurate after 14 days.
- Ensure that your order is correct. Please review your account information before submitting your order. Green Earth Organics retains the right to add appropriate deposits to maintain product quality. GEO strives to ensure that your order is accurate. However, your online invoice represents the final bill.
- Cancel orders not later than 9AM the day before delivery. Cancellations after the ordering deadlines are subject to charges. Our regular ordering deadlines are 9AM ONE day before delivery for in stock items and 9AM TWO days before delivery for advance order items (Milk).
- Put your empty Rubbermaid delivery bins and milk bottles out for pick up when a new GEO order is delivered.
- Pay $10 for each delivery bin that has been in your possession for more than eight weeks, if a bin pickup cannot be arranged. GEO will pick up your remaining bins should you wish to discontinue service. A full refund will be given for all delivery bins that are returned to spud! subsequent to a charge being applied to your credit card.
- All bins, icepacks, freezer jackets, etc. are the property of GEO. They must be returned in a timely manner and in their original condition. If not, your account may be charged or deposits not refunded. We reserve the right to refuse to pick up bins containing materials we feel could be hazardous to our employees or to other customers.
